Your information stays limited to the journey you request.
This notice explains how GoldVision handles information submitted through the South African educational and partner journey.
Who is responsible
GoldVision is published by Julien Blanc, a sole proprietor registered in France under SIREN 824 085 070 and established in Bouc-Bel-Air, France. The full address is legally marked as non-public in the French Sirene register. Privacy requests can be sent to contact@goldvision.online.
Information we collect
We may collect public Telegram profile information, your learning or partner route choice, country, language, referral source, support messages and the minimum account information required to review a linking request. Never send a password, card number, banking statement, two factor authentication code or complete identity document to GoldVision.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the requested educational access, guide the onboarding journey, answer support requests, measure the source of registrations and, only with explicit consent, send the minimum required details to the Vantage team for a linking review.
Service providers and transfers
The service uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database services and Telegram for messaging. These providers may process information outside South Africa. GoldVision limits the information sent through the journey and uses server-side access controls for operational data.
Retention
Onboarding information is kept only for the time required to process the request and for no more than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires a different period. You can request deletion earlier when no retention duty applies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about the use of your data by contacting contact@goldvision.online. You can also withdraw consent for a transfer that has not yet taken place.
